Myers-Briggs Workshop — Designed for companies and organizations seeking to improve productivity. It helps individuals recognize and take advantage of their own strengths, as well as the strengths of their colleagues.

Transitions Workshop — Designed to help individuals take stock of their careers and make difficult career and life decisions. This workshop is designed for small groups (6 – 8 people) only.

Change Curve Workshop — Designed to help individuals and organizations through the process of major change. It addresses reorganizations, layoffs, and individual transitions.

The Personal Power and Your Career Workshop — Designed to help individuals reassess their views about work and career and reassert control over their lives.

LOGISTICS & ORGANIZATION
Workshop and training classes last from one to two days. They usually are held at a client’s offices although some prefer offsite locations such as a retreat center. Alternative FUTURES will make all the necessary arrangements and provide all materials and workbooks. The client typically provides lunch and other refreshments, although we can also make these arrangements if you like.


 

 

   

In all workshops and training classes Clay Parsons is the lead presenter, drawing on additional professional staff as necessary.
