Your Employer May Pay for Career Counseling
and Coaching
Employers frequently will pay for career counseling
through an Employee Assistance Program or EAP.
Many large companies offer these programs, which
provide a broad range of personal support services. Clay Parsons
has extensive experience working with EAP program managers
and clients.
If you are an employee, contact your in-house
EAP manager (usually part of the human resources department)
and request the services of Clay Parsons at Alternative FUTURES.
If career counseling or coaching services are covered, your
employer will contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.
If you are an employer, you may also contact your EAP manager
and request that we be included as qualified career development
professionals.
